I know I just sent you an email; however I wanted to follow up and post an invitation to the DivX Film Festival on your blog as well. For those of you who don’t know, DivX is hosting their Premier film festival this spring and are looking for the best short films in any genre; including animation, comedy, documentary, fiction and music under 10 minutes. The films will be judged at the end of April by a panel of industry professionals and you could win prizes such as DivX certified film equipment, DivX software and even cash prizes up to $5,000! Additionally it is a free festival and the first 500 film makers to submit their videos will receive a free copy of DivX Author!

I know that you make some amazing work and I really hope that you submit to our premier festival. Additionally, if anyone else is interested in the festival I really encourage you to enter.
